Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm receipt of your document until it has been filed. Please allow time for your document to be filed. After your documents have been processed, you can call to confirm receipt.

You will usually get prompted by the online portal to upload your documents. We would strongly suggest uploading them via the portal, as this ensures they are received immediately by the verifications team. However, if you are unable to upload them through the portal, you may contact customerserviceapac@hireright.com or you could refer to the email request which you received. The email request you have received also contains the right point of contact for you to upload your documentation.
