Drug Testing and Health Screening Invitation Assistance

If you need assistance with your drug testing/health screening invitation, we are happy to help! You should have received a separate email with your instructions. Although the testing services order is placed by your hiring company, the email with instructions to complete the testing service will come from HireRight. This email will include documents necessary to complete your testing services.

Please note, if you have not received your drug & health screening invitation email, try logging back into Applicant Center to ensure your background invitation form has been fully submitted, as the invitation for drug or health screening services will not be available until the background invitation form has been fully submitted. If you have fully submitted the application, double check these items: the spelling of the email address, and junk/spam folder within your email.
