Confirming Receipt of Documents

Documentation Uploaded in Applicant Center (preferred):

If you submitted the documentation requested by attaching the file in Applicant Center, you will be able to see the document uploaded there, and our researchers will be able to see this as well. Once you provide the documentation in Applicant Center, our Verification team will process your request within approximately 24-48 hours.

Documentation Sent by Fax or Email:

Once you provide the documentation by either fax or email, our Verification team will process/action your request within approximately 48 hours. To help expedite processing, please include your Request ID and cover sheet when faxing documents.
