The Yavapai County, AZ Superior Court can require clerk assistance for case retrieval on additional information that is not readily available. This process may take a minimum of 3–5 weeks. Turnaround times may be longer depending on the volume and age of the requested records. The court is currently short-staffed, which may also affect turnaround times.
Please be advised that Prescott Justice Court retains criminal records for only five years. Records older than five years are purged and cannot be accessed or reproduced.
