Various States (Criminal, Civil) - Severe Weather Advisory - Public Record Service Delay Notification

Due to severe weather impacting areas across the country, delays in court record searches may occur as a result of court closures and potential power outages. We are actively monitoring the situation and will resume normal processing as conditions allow. Delays in processing are expected during this time.

In addition to potential court closures, the severe weather may also impact other government agencies, businesses, schools, labs, and drug testing facilities, preventing us from obtaining information. Additionally, items that require shipping, including drug test samples and supplies, may be affected. Please expect potential processing delays.
