Update - Public Record Service Delay Notification - Cook County, IL (Criminal, Civil)

Delays are to be expected as the county has removed all identifiers from the PAT and the court clerks are not providing assistance at this time. We can currently process using the DOB filter at the PAT, but if additional information is needed, this is where we will encounter delays.

There is no ETA at this time. HireRight will continue working with the source and will provide updates as we receive them.
