Update - All Counties, WA (Criminal) - Public Record Service Delay Notification

UPDATE as of 9/28/2026: Washington courts have advised that records have not yet been fully updated following the maintenance outage. As a result, searches will not be processed until HireRight has verified that all records are updated.

There is no ETA at this time. HireRight will continue working with the source and will provide updates as we receive them.
