In some cases, our team may request documentation from you that you are unable to supply. It could be the documentation requested is from too long ago, or you just no longer have it on file.
If you are unable to locate a requested document, notify HireRight by responding to the email correspondence requesting the document, or by contacting Customer Service. The background report’s notes will be updated with any information you provide to us as well as any information you are not able to provide, an example of a report note in this case will look something like:
"The candidate has advised they are unable to provide documentation for this employer, please proceed accordingly."
